WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nunloading of heavy products (kegs of beer) into customer cellars when required\naccompany a driver to delivery points where you will assist with unloading deliveries to licensed premises \nmaintain regular contact with the Transport team and advise of all problems which may prevent the job being completed on time and without incident\ncomplete relevant processes on an electronic handheld device\n\n

\n\nHigh levels of manual handling are required so you need to be physically fit\nPrevious experience of the preparation, distribution and handling of volume orders\nAbility to read, understand and follow directions/instructions\nPrevious practical experience as a Driver's Mate, within a logistics or similar environment would be preferable\n\n
