We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and charismatic person to join our Guest Services team that priorities diversity and inclusion in a professional and fun working environment.This role is on a Part time basis for 4 - 5 shifts per week.
The Doorman are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, attending and opening doors, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience upon arrival and departure in addition to operational and general duties to support the overall functioning of the hotel.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Open doors for guests, assist with luggage, and provide any necessary assistance to ensure their comfort.Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.Be fully conversant with all aspects of the hotels services, city/area and its attractions.Provide guests with directions or assistance to various areas within the hotel.Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any requests or concerns, ensuring a high standard of service.Maintain awareness of hotel events, promotions, and amenities to relay relevant information to guests.Assist with valet parking; ensuring vehicles are handled efficiently and securely while providing a seamless service for guests.About Hyatt
