Diversey Consulting Consultant

2.    Job Objective

•      To ensure that all the requirements relating to the Diversey Consulting portfolio of work and that of the team is carried out in economic, efficient & effective manner.

•      To deliver Diversey Consulting projects. i.e. Food Safety and ESG related Training, Auditing and Consulting are managed as agreed with customers.

•      To maintain and ensure the achievement of Diversey Consulting budget and AR as assigned.

•      To work with Corporate and other team to promote and sell Diversey Consulting services if required

3.    Main Duties and Responsibilities

•      To ensure that all training, auditing and consulting detailed in contracts with key clients are delivered in a timely & professional manner.

•      To ensure all project are developed, managed, communicated and delivered in a timely & professional manner.

•      To prepare & compile audit protocols/ audit report and training packages.

•      To encourage and demonstrate innovation in the delivery of Diversey Consulting services.

•      To participate in the preparation and delivery of Diversey Consulting and other external seminars, training, auditing and consulting.

•      To maintain active internal and external communication, via seminar and publication if required

•      To undertake such other relevant duties as may from time to time be required.

4.    Financial Responsibilities and influence (eq. cost, expense budgets, sales target, etc.)

•      Responsible for sales target that is assigned

•      Responsible for business development and AR control for area of operations

•      Maintain own traveling budget.

5.    Contacts arising from the job

5.1.  External:  Government, Customers, Trade Associations and Association Influencers

5.2.  Internal:  Corporate Manager and Regional Consultants, Sales team, DSM, TAM and other support functions.

6.    Education and experience requirements for job

6.1.  Education and qualifications:

•      Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Food Microbiology / Public Health Science or related fields

6.2.  Experience

•      Having minimum 5 years management experience in the field of Food Safety and Quality Assurance, and ESG

•      Have acquired a working knowledge of food safety requirements and ESG

•      Experience in the following will be of an advantage

-     Training experiences

-     Established documentation/systems for food safety and ESG

-     Contributing to the running of team & project leadership

-     Experience on providing advice on current and future training & personal development issue

-     Experience on quality & food safety and other service program
