The dispenser will ensure good storage practices of pharmaceutical supplies at the facility. Duties and Responsibilities • Dispense drugs to clients.• Conduct counselling of clients• Ensure proper recording of drugs.• Monitor drug stock and inform the supervisor.• Participate in the drug stocktaking.• Participate in CME and any other trainings organized by IRC.• Provide health education on medicine use.• Ensure health, safety, and security in your area of operation.• Promote the vision, mission and the values of IRC as expressed in the policies, regulations & guidelines of the Organization.• Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.Minimum Qualifications:• Must have certificate in dispensing and pharmaceutical management or equivalent from a recognized institution.• Must be registered with the Allied Health Professional Council.• Must have a valid practicing license.• Relevant work experience of atleast two years with an INGO is essential.• Be able to work in a stressful setting and adapt quickly to changing environments.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
