Key Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement the hotel's sales strategy in local and international markets, in corporate, government and leisure segments\nBuilding new customer relationships and partnerships, as well as maintaining existing ones\nLeading, motivating and developing the Sales team\nDefining sales goals and developing plans to achieve them\nCoordinating commercial campaigns to promote the hotel’s services\nParticipating in the annual budget planning and monitoring financial performance\nAnalyzing current and future market trends for the hotel, as well as keeping track of competitors\nClosely collaborating with the marketing and event planning teams to achieve goals\nClose cooperation with various departments of the hotel (F&B, Front Office, etc.)\nAttending business trips, fairs and sales related events\n


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nHigher education, preferably in tourism, economics or marketing\nAbility to work in Hungary\nAt least 2-5 years of leadership experience in hotel sales\nExcellent communications and negotiation skills\nAbility to think strategically and continuously analyze market trends and competitors\nStrong leadership skills with experience in team building and motivation\nHigh level of proficiency in English\nFlexible, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset\nExcellent problem-solving skills and commitment to guest experience\nExtensive network of contacts\n
