**Duties and responsibilities related to the** **** **Director of Luxury Sales** **** **role**
+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the luxury market
+ Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the luxury sector
+ Identifynew business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue
+ Cultivating diverse revenue streams andoptimizingthe hotel's profitability
+ Aligning the product offerings with the brand's distinct positioning
+ Strategizing andregularly refiningthe hotel's commercial approach
+ Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
**About you**
You will have aproventrack recordof success in luxury salesin the five-star market. Excellentinterpersonal andcommunication skills areessential, as is a firm understanding of negotiating and influencing skills.
