Responsibilities: Food and Beverage Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our establishment. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for culinary excellence and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will lead a team in delivering outstanding dining experiences, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability across all food and beverage outlets.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort/ restaurant setting Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage budgets and control costs Proficient in menu planning and development Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays ServSafe certification is a plus* For applicants working in Denver, the anticipated compensation range is $80k-$85k per year. The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
