To ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.

You will effectively manage hotel projectsensure that the building, machines and equipment are properly maintained. You will coach and develop a fully engagedand inspired Engineering team.

As part of the pre-opening team, you will hit the ground running byfollowing up on handover tasks and ensure that the property is in optimumcondition. Moving forward, you will overseeimplementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance andrepairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities, and administer thedepartment in compliance with corporate standards and local codes andregulations to protect assets, guests and associates.

Your Profile

Has a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 2 years work experience as ChiefEngineer or Director of Engineering in international hotel chain.Well versed in preventive maintenance,installation and equipment and project managementStrong leadership skills to coach and manage ahighly localised team.Good spoken and written English and Vietnamese.Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
