To ensure the efficient and economic operation of the POMEC Division in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.

1. Develops and maintains a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.

开发和维护详尽的部门营运手册,确立部门内部规章、工作流程及操作标准。确保营运手册及时更新。

2. To oversee and ensure that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately.

确保部门内部所有报告按时、准确完成。

3. To take personnel control of master keys of the Hotel and others keys of mechanical room.

保管酒店的万能钥匙及后台设备间其他钥匙。

4. To oversee the proper requisitioning and controlling of guest supplies.

处理客人报修。

5. To attend the meetings and briefings.

出席和相关的各种会议和例会。

6. To maintain all Divisional Records and Forms as prescribed by hotel management Policies set out in the operations manual.
