Lead a small team that handles critical escalations as they arise in data center infrastructure delivery.  Identify critical gaps in workflows and drive remediations that prevent future escalations from reoccurring.  The ideal candidate can manage fast paced delivery while leveraging their proven leadership and program management capabilities.  This is a high impact role that will lead a highly motivated team through escalations and process improvement programs required to successfully deliver the next generation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
