Job DescriptionResponsible for developing and commercializing a suite of Marketing Services to deliver a sustainable, profitable, and long-term revenue driver for Visa.Develop a path to driving an embedded model with top strategic clients across the region, where there is repeatable and committed revenue/engagement each year.Partner with Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) to develop (One Visa) strategic operating model to help better serve our clients and maximize revenue for both VCA and Marketing.Develop and expand service lines for the NALP region, with a focus on scaling revenue but also optimizing margin.Lead global RFP response efforts across regional Client opportunities, including the response, pitch work and ideation showcasing Visa as the most competitive and strategic option for our clients.Advance Visa Project Central (VPC) capability and adoption across CEMEAManage the annual planning cycle through a strategic, bottom-up approachPartner with the NALP leadership to support strategic thought leadership and advancement of larger sponsorship and non-sponsorship client offeringsChampion cross-functional operating model, including with country Client Marketing leads, VCA and FinanceDevelop clear and concise executive level communications to report the progress and financials of NALP Marketing ServicesThis is a hybrid position. QualificationsBasic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
