The Director for the Tulsa Site will be responsible for directing and overseeing the service delivery organization of 100+ team members for the entire Tulsa site within the IGS organization, establishing a culture of operational and service delivery excellence focusing on quality, compliance and performance.  As a key member of the IGS Global Leadership team, this role will be focusing on growing the organization through extension of service offerings, new service areas and new clients within Ingredion while driving service excellence.  This role will also focus on introducing a culture of continuous improvement, more efficient ways of delivering the services, supporting the development of a digital roadmap, leading digital initiatives and reducing operating costs by increasing productivity.  

This position reports to VP Integrated Global Services and works closely with both site and functional business partners.The position is an integral member of the IGS Leadership team.

As the Director for the Tulsa Site, your responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Strategy Execution

Contribute to the creation and leads the execution of strategies that allow shared Services, including AP, AR, Tax, and Accounting, including governing processes, including the impact of associated policies, controls and technologiesDevelop Business Plans with global process leaders focusing on Improved automation, quality and productivity in addition to the identification of new opportunities to transfer activity into IGS achieving cost savings and efficiencies; and identifies necessary resources (people and capital) to support the implementation of these strategiesEnsure visibility of performance management across all functional areas to stakeholders and business partners through the creation and successful adherence to key performance indicators (quality, productivity and compliance) reviewed during the monthly operating reviewsCollaborate with business partners to identify business needs, best practices and manage expectations through strong target setting and goalsSeek to introduce new Service Offerings to Other Business Processes or extend scope of services within existing process areas and execute against strategies to drive resultsRepresent and promotes Ingredion’s culture and values, and ensure employee compliance with relevant rules and regulationsCollaborate with all IGS Leaders to support Global performance results & long-range strategy; Capability and Maturity assessments; Technology Optimization and Roadmaps; Develop and implement KPI dashboards and tracking tools through digital enablementOversee risk and crisis management by developing contingency plans and ensuring the team is prepared to handle potential disruptions 

Client Management

Introduce mechanisms for measuring Client satisfaction, process performance, productivity performance.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersIntroduce Client Relationship Management programsDevelop and implement actionable plans to meet customer facing goals and objectives

Service Level Agreements

Evaluate performance of the IGS Center against Service level agreements, required process and controls compliance with internal and external stakeholders and drives continuous improvementWhere the center acts as the Center of Excellence (COE), ensures that all performance measures are met – anticipates and works with teams to identify issues early to ensure that trends do not continue to negatively impact performanceMonitor and ensure that productivity measures are benchmarked, and the site meets or exceeds agreed Key Performance Indicators

Finance Management

Ensure the center remains efficient and operates within budget parameters and productivity targets driving continuous improvement culture supported by the IGS Global PMO TeamCreate and present strategies, budgets, business plans and results to IGS LeadershipIdentify and implement process improvements to capture value and generate savingsEnsure that business cases are completed for all new Roles and all organizational changes are rationalized

People Management & Facilities

Oversee multiple functions in IGS that may service multiple stakeholdersLead teams in line with Ingredion’s Vision and to meet or exceed goals and objectivesDrive employee Engagement and implements relevant programsEnsure that staff turnover levels managed to minimum levelsEnsure Individual Development plans are in place for the team members to progress in their career aspirations – Ensure that team members are regularly maintaining required capabilities/skills required for the rolesHire, Train and Direct Team members - Conduct required performance managementEnsure that all facilities are maintained per compliance, rental agreements and security enforcedSupport Safety requirements and initiatives

Qualified candidates will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field or related work experience; Master’s degree preferred in Business related field.15 years plus proven experience in Leading large teams, diverse processes/functions, risks, controls, and policy compliance – Shared Services Leadership is a plusThought provoking – Capable of making others think deeply on a subject to derive a solutionClear ability to document and drive process improvementExtensive expertise related to the design and implementation of strategies, processes and technology which increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit/shareholder valueExperience designing and enhancing financial processes including Finance Automation and Technology deploymentExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and ELTDemonstrated ability to lead, influence and inspire large teams and manage multiple priorities; Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done wellFunctional Expert: considered a thought leader on multiple subjectsStrong understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements and financial reporting standardsSkilled in analytical and statistical research and providing analysis and commentary on monthly analytic reports and presentationsAbility to motivate and drive team engagementStrong experience in SAP, Ariba, Esker and Advance MS Excel User, and PowerPoint a plusExceptional attention to detail and accuracy with excellent time management and problem solving skillsLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus

Pay Range:

$175,200.00-$233,600.00 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
