Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with thecompany’s business goals. Talent Management: Establish a structured talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning process. Performance Management: Design and implement a performance management framework to drive accountability and productivity. Organization Development: Improve collaboration among senior leaders, enhance interpersonal skills, and foster a seamless organization. Training & Development: Create structured training programs for employee skill enhancement and leadership development. Succession Planning: Develop a roadmap for identifying and grooming future leaders within the organization. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and inclusivity. HR Compliance & Administration: Oversee statutory compliance, payroll, and time management while strengthening core HR functions. Gender Diversity Initiatives: Drive diversity and inclusion strategies, ensuring a balanced and progressive workplace.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: 20+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors. Gender Preference: Female (to enhance gender diversity and leadership balance within the organization). Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. Industry Exposure: Experience working with mid-to-large-scale organizations, preferably with exposure to multiple plants. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Background: Candidates with prior CHRO experience or retired HR professionals with expertise in transformation initiatives.
