You will play a key role in leading global initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and securing long-term commercial success. Embrace the strength of diversity. + Reward: Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 105,000 to € 153,000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more. **You Bring** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Sales, Marketing or a technical degree with a preferred Master’s in Business Administration or related field. + 10+ years of experience in Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing or Technical management with demonstrated success in product portfolio. + Experience in the coating and medical device industry background is highly desirable. + Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective, identify relevant concerns or factors, recognize patterns, tendencies, and relationships, and formulate logical and objective conclusions. + Strong management skills with the ability to manage in a fast-changing dynamic environment with many different stakeholders. + Strong fluency in financial analysis techniques and valuation theory. + Strong executive-level communication skills, both oral and written, with demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment and develop, inspire, and motivate teams. **The application process** Interested in this position?
