Responsibilities
Implement and design strategies for improving the adoption of Oracle University’s learning offering Cloud Learning Subscription.
Build and mentor team of service solutions specialists who engage with cloud customers and help them identify and create a Personalized Training Plan based on the content assets and services already available. This requires good overview knowledge on Oracle SaaS and the ability to speak the language while connecting customer needs with our content.
Speak to Oracle learning offerings with passion to drive learning adoption.
Work with customers to identify any unique learning goals they might have (example, getting certified, meeting an implementation deadline, training specific users etc) with direct interaction when needed
Identify learning trends and new content needed to keep Oracle cloud learning subscriptions current and modern. Be champion of customer’s cause and liaison with OU product development team for bringing improvements to training content or platform.
Work with renewal sales leadership to provide necessary support for contract renewal via tailored learning solution proposal etc.
Measure health of customer servicing by service solution specialist, through continuous tracking and measurement of defined KPIs such activation and consumption metrics.
Qualifications
About 10-12 years of experience in managing learning and development activities for Oracle technologies for IT consulting organizations
Experience in using or leveraging Oracle University’s learning solutions such as Cloud Learning Subscriptions (MyLearn)
About 8 – 10 years of prior experience in managing delivery of Oracle cloud or on premise applications implementation projects
Strong understanding of Oracle’s SAAS/OCI offerings.
Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture.
Strong communication and Presentation skills.
Strong Consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients or stakeholders.
Strong Business Development skill set
Professional with good organizational and planning skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and balance strategy and execution within set timelines.
Skill Set Required
Experience in driving Learning & Development initiatives, competency management for large IT organizations
Good understanding of Oracle product certifications framework and Oracle University learning offerings such as Cloud Learning Subscriptions (MyLearn)
Good understanding Oracle SaaS applications (ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud etc.) and implementation considerations
Trends in AI technologies and Oracle AI capabilities
Understanding around business drivers behind the migration of Oracle on premise applications to cloud technologies, pain areas etc.
