Responsibilities 

 

 

Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.

Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines.

Select and manage strategic supplier partnerships.

Lead a team of engineers and represent the company in the industry.

 

Requirements 

 

 

MSc/PhD in Engineering or Materials Science (battery specialization preferred).

10-15 years in battery development/program management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

Expertise in battery design, validation, and integration (Li-ion, solid-state, BMS).

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Aerospace/mobility industry experience is a plus.
