Job Description Summary:
As a Director of Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) Strategy within the JAPAC region, you will have a strategic role, responsible for continually evaluating and optimizing the real estate and facilities operating model and managing the governance of an Integrated Facilities Management program. The role will drive consistency and practice excellence of IFM in support of Oracle, and with vendor partners to manage governance, controls, and compliance pursuant to the operating model.
This is a leadership role that will actively engage with members in real estate and facilities management, procurement, legal, HR, and other senior leadership both internal and with external vendors. This position will support building a short-term and long-term vision for Oracle’s real estate and facilities model. You will also focus on analyzing facility management practices and govern overall IFM partner performance.
Specific Responsibilities:
Continually evaluate real estate and facilities operating model and implement strategic initiatives, best practices, and standards Establish a vision and lead implementation for the real estate and facilities organization to support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Evaluate and provide recommendations on service delivery across the portfolio and work with real estate & facilities management, procurement, legal, functional workstream leads, etc. to manage service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) Provide thought leadership and foster strong, productive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, strategic partners, and vendors at a senior level to enable continuous improvement mindset and implementation Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and multi-directional while being a point of escalation for IFM in the JAPAC region Work with procurement, RE&F leads, and legal to manage and maintain a source of truth for all IFM related contracts and associated documentation. Continuously improve the governance structure to manage the delivery of a broad range of services and to ensure operational platforms are maintained Develop short and long-term plans for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the service operations that will generate a significant, positive impact on the business unit and ensure the integrated workstream model is operating effectively Review and analyze performance, financial, and service data and recommend operational changes for improved efficiencies Ensure quality of service delivery is consistent and cost effective across all locations Build and maintain understanding of the vendor’s business strategy, key drivers, and current issues to provide support and collaboration on service implementationSkills and Experiences
Bachelor���s Degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, or related field from an accredited institution 10+ years of Integrated Facilities Management experience Multidisciplinary understanding of real estate, facilities, engineering, construction project management, and environment health & safety (EH&S) Leadership experience in IFM accounts with over $50M in operational expenses Understanding of contracts and commercial FM models in the market High level of personal credibility, integrity and client relationship management, networking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Background in continuous improvement, change management, service mindset, and enterprise leadership Demonstrated track record in the development & implementation of strategic plans Ability to work at an Oracle campus at least three days per week. Located within commute distance to an Oracle hub campus Relocation assistance may be considered for candidates relocating to a location within commute distance to an Oracle campus Ability to travel as required

Benchmarking of internal and external Facility Management and Real Estate Practices to define an intergrated operating strategy Govern IFM partners contractual compliance and obligations, including Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Maintain up to date database and track all updates of IFM contractural agreements, including service level expectations, key performance indicators, and governance processes Lead and continue to enhance IFM governance program Monitor service levels, key performance indicators, and external benchmarks for continous improvement opportunities Collaborate w/ members of the RE&F leadership team, as well as Sr. leaders in Procurement, Legal, HR, and Sr. Leaders who work for the FM/RE firms
