We’re looking for a Channel Consultant II to lead the design and implementation of our market analytics solutions – from the theoretical frameworks to actionable execution solutions.  Working closely with the sales team and our customers, driving beverage quality, revenue, and profit for the system.  We’re looking for someone with strong customer service experience and the ability to deliver results.  Also, this requires a strategic thinker and someone who strives to drive innovation.   

  

What You’ll Do for Us  

Develop a localized plan to execute key quality and operational initiatives and share best practice iterations with the Operations Team for maximum efficiency.  

Channel Strategy & Partner Collaboration: Build and implement channel-specific strategies to expand Coca-Cola’s market share within the E&D segment based on shopper insights and customer voice. Foster strong collaboration with franchise partners to align on objectives, execution standards, and performance goals. 

Annual Brand Execution Plans: Develop and oversee the execution of annual brand and activation plans tailored to the E&D channel. Partner with cross-functional teams and bottling partners to drive impactful products, equipment, promotions, merchandising tools, campaigns, and consistent in-market execution with cost management. 

Strategy Implementation & Tactical Decisions: Ensure bottlers effectively implement channel strategies to achieve targeted results. Make tactical decisions that support both short-term performance and mid-term strategic objectives. 

Sakaya Route Management: Support to build strong Sakaya B2B relationship with developing KO outlets and comprehensive plans collaborating with bottling partner. 

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor channel performance by analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities, address challenges, and optimize initiatives. Use performance insights and market dynamics to adjust strategies, ensuring agility and effectiveness. 

Revenue Growth Management (RGM): Revenue Growth Management processes to optimize revenue mix and pack strategies for the E&D channel. Identify growth opportunities through incidence- and frequency-driving. 

Route To Market (RTM): Support bottling partners to consider and identify best route for KO system to deliver Coca-Cola products availability and incidence with profit perspective. 

  

Qualification & Requirements  

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field  

5+ years of experience in defining the strategy and marketing plans to build a brand and the practical experience of commercializing and executing disparate operating models with direct people leadership/management experience. 

Progressive experience in channel strategy, franchise operations, or business development within the alcohol, food & beverage or consumer goods industry.  

Proven track record of developing and executing mid-term plans and channel-specific strategies in a franchise or retail environment.  

Experience across different functions demonstrating an ability to lead complex businesses and influence key stakeholders (brand management, category management, marketing, e-commerce, sales and operations) 

Experience working with data, specifically manipulation and analysis is needed   

Prior experience in combination of customer facing roles, sales operations, supply chain and bottler relationship management are ideal   

Must possess a demonstrated ability in delivering transformational initiatives and enabling capabilities for consumer product goods organizations  

Supply chain metrics, process improvement, collaborative selling, negotiation, project management, portfolio management, performance reporting, beverage industry with strong exposure to warehouse delivery and DSD are all ideal   

Must be able to communicate a compelling story to motivate and align internal and external clients to achieve a desired outcome  

The ability to create a strategic plan that addresses customer needs while also driving company profitability is required
