The Intern Role is with the Japan Bid and Proposal Management Team. In the Bid and Proposal Management role,
the Intern will Sales Teams and the Internal Proposal Management Team with a professional, high-quality service, contributing to the development and production of high quality Bid documents, including RFx responses, Proposals and other customer-specific deliverables.
**Responsibilities :**
Document design, layout and management
Support the proposal management process, including checking the quality of deliverables and carefully reviewing documents
Use appropriate templates to help prepare documents compliant with customer requirements
Create a MS Teams site including all VAT members
Review and enhance customer response documents including consolidation and compilation of various documents from SAP and our partners
**Communication & Writing Skills :**
Craft customer stories and SAP general responses based on information provided
Review documents to ensure consistency with SAP Branding and One Voice
Arrange content logically for ease of comprehension
Develop messages and rewrite texts for better understanding
Conduct content, spelling and grammar checks
**Project Support :**
Actively search and support knowledge repositories through contributions, when necessary
Support the development of customer collateral deliverables
Maintain accurate records of activities related to the proposal process activities
Actively search and support the research of Customer Reference stories
Curate content for Company & Financial information about SAP
Searches for insights/ good proposals to support proactive proposals and RFx responses
Support the development of customer collateral deliverables
Mailbox management (logical filing of documents in folders for Audit purposes)
Maintain a repository of good proposals for proactive sharing with Sales
Assist senior bid managers across the core shared services portfolio
**Internship support activities :**
Meeting arrangement and facilitation
Documents translation support (E/J proposals, RFx)
Documentation and archiving
Support documentation and researching for sales requirements.
Staff meeting and team support (e.g. meeting minute support)
**Skills :**
Attention to detail
Enhanced MS Office skills (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proactive communication
Superior writing skills, both native Japanese and English language level required
Able to work fast and in short timeframes
Ability to work autonomously and flexibly
Willingness to learn, grow and take on new challenges
Bring creativity and fresh perspectives
**Basic Qualifications :**
Must be currently enrolled in a tertiary institution or post-graduate degree
Must be able to commit at least 6 months of internship duration
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
Must be staying in Japan

提案活動時の各支援のみならず、Business Development 活動・戦略関連資料作成支援・提案書作成支援・各種ワークショップ支援等も対応しています
Japan は直近の数年間で急成長している部門になりますので、ビジネスが拡大することに反比例してリソースが追いつきません。
さらに他国の提案案件も支援することが出来ます。インターンとしてあなたのチカラが必要になります !
**業務内容 部門の提案活動時の業務支援 **
Meeting や Cadence Call / Review Call の Memo / Minutes を作成
提案活動時のスケジューリング、案件の進捗管理など
提案書、契約関連書類の Formatting (見栄え、体裁整え、カラーブランディング など)
APAC (Asia Pacific) Region の他国の小規模金額案件を中心に、短期で対応可能な案件の提案活動支援
各種レポート作成支援
日英翻訳・通訳の支援
**求めるスキル**
語学:日本語上級レベル、英語上級レベル、その他外国語 (性別国籍不問)
MS Office 経験 (主に Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Collaboration Tool 経験があれば尚良し (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Slack など)
週 2,3 – 5 日間、ならびに 今年 7 月頃から来年 3 月末まで なるべく勤務出来る方
(オフィス出社・リモートのハイブリッド勤務可能)
