**Context**
The Digital & Technology vision is to lead the way in the transformation of Diageo business capabilities, leveraging data & digital technology, to create a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Diageo is embarking on an exciting and significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA. Through this programme Diageo aims to drive process and data standardization and simplification. This programme will be delivered over a multi-year period with global geographic reach.
Diageo is therefore seeking a **D&T Voyager RTR (Fi-CO) Lead** who has excellent technical and leadership capabilities to optimally deliver SAP S/4 Hana solutions in Diageo’s fast-paced environment. They will have successfully implemented several S/4 Hana solutions across an array of core enterprise level applications as well as business specific capabilities.
**Overview**
This Role will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4 RTR planning process solutions by providing strategic, highly scalable and robust technical solutions.
**Top Accountabilities**
As the D&T RTR Lead you will lead the delivery of most critical area for Finance transformation in SAP Hana and non SAP solutions). Accountabilities include:

+ Participate and drive the design workshops
+ Control the solution development, advising best practice and ensuring all teams adhere to best practice quality processes
+ Make technology recommendations and develop Solution Architecture Design documents
+ Works closely with SAP Center of Excellence bring business requirements to life
+ Review build and testing output
+ Leads the deployment into the markets in partnership with the business.
+ Excelent understanding of data and cutover, active and detailed management and planning round cutover
+ Excellent knowledge of data models in S/4 and transformation
+ Excellent knowledge of data validation and active experience from previous S/4 implementation
+ Communicate across the workstreams to align dependencies and plans
+ Partners with Business (GPO and others) to align technology to business requirements
+ Engage with the partner architects, TBS technical architects to ensure that the build is aligned to architectural standards and roadmaps
+ Engage with controls responsible teams e.g. GAR, CARM, ITGC to ensure the delivery is compliant and secure
+ Managing (direct or dotted line) other members of the working team* (or other areas of the team)
**Required Competencies**
+ Deep knowledge of SAP technical and functional architecture, data model, and emerging SAP capabilities, including integrating SAP solutions
+ Several full cycle implementation experience required – ECC and SAP S/4
+ Leverage business process knowledge & proficiency for RTR and ensure business requirements and solution meeting standards
+ Excellent knowledge if cross-stream impacts in MM, SD and other SAP modules
+ Experience working with 3rd party applications in the financial planning tools
+ Competency in strategic design thinking with strong capabilities across S/4 HANA architecture
+ Good understanding of SaaS, Cloud hosting and Integration technologies (including integrations with Salesforce.com)
+ Understanding of software development lifecycle with experiences of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
+ Design and implementation of S/4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements and best standards.
+ Competency in designing, building, testing and deploying the SAP solution components required for successful integrations to SAP and non-SAP systems
+ Effective project scoping and delivery
**Qualifications and Experience Required**
+ at least a Bachelor’s degree
+ 15+ years of technology experience in SAP ERP and cloud technologies
+ Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA products
+ Excellent communication skilss
+ Proven ability to understand how technology choices impact business outcomes
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams
+ Proven ability to impact and influence, at a senior stakeholder level, virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to provide effective and targeted communication
+ Experience of working in a distributed environment (e.g. on-shore, off-shore, etc)
+ Proven ability to work with 3rd parties to deliver the desired outcome
+ Fluent English knowledge
Flexible Working options / Travel requirements
It is our goal to reach greater flexibility of resources, which we recognize, may require a greater level of mobility and travel from some of our teams. For this role we anticipate the percentage of travel to be maximum 40%. Pattern of travel will be dependent on the needs of individual initiatives.
