Diageo is embarking on an exciting and significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA. Through this programme Diageo aims to drive process and data standardization and simplification. This programme will be delivered over a multi-year period with global geographic reach.
Diageo is therefore seeking a D&T Voyager RTR (Fi-CO) Lead who has excellent technical and leadership capabilities to optimally deliver SAP S/4 Hana solutions in Diageo’s fast-paced environment. They will have successfully implemented several S/4 Hana solutions across an array of core enterprise level applications as well as business specific capabilities.

This Role will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4 RTR planning process solutions by providing strategic, highly scalable and robust technical solutions.

Participate and drive the design workshopsControl the solution development, advising best practice and ensuring all teams adhere to best practice quality processesMake technology recommendations and develop Solution Architecture Design documentsWorks closely with SAP Center of Excellence bring business requirements to lifeReview build and testing outputLeads the deployment into the markets in partnership with the business.Excelent understanding of data and cutover, active and detailed management and planning round cutoverExcellent knowledge of data models in S/4 and transformationExcellent knowledge of data validation and active experience from previous S/4 implementationCommunicate across the workstreams to align dependencies and plansPartners with Business (GPO and others) to align technology to business requirementsEngage with the partner architects, TBS technical architects to ensure that the build is aligned to architectural standards and roadmapsEngage with controls responsible teams e.g. GAR, CARM, ITGC to ensure the delivery is compliant and secureManaging (direct or dotted line) other members of the working team* (or other areas of the team)Required Competencies
Deep knowledge of SAP technical and functional architecture, data model, and emerging SAP capabilities, including integrating SAP solutionsSeveral full cycle implementation experience required – ECC and SAP S/4Leverage business process knowledge & proficiency for RTR and ensure business requirements and solution meeting standardsExcellent knowledge if cross-stream impacts in MM, SD and other SAP modulesExperience working with 3rd party applications in the financial planning toolsCompetency in strategic design thinking with strong capabilities across S/4 HANA architectureGood understanding of SaaS, Cloud hosting and Integration technologies (including integrations with Salesforce.com)Understanding of software development lifecycle with experiences of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.Design and implementation of S/4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements and best standards.Competency in designing, building, testing and deploying the SAP solution components required for successful integrations to SAP and non-SAP systemsEffective project scoping and deliveryQualifications and Experience Required
at least a Bachelor’s degree15+ years of technology experience in SAP ERP and cloud technologiesStrong technical knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA productsExcellent communication skilssProven ability to understand how technology choices impact business outcomesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships Demonstrated ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams Proven ability to impact and influence, at a senior stakeholder level, virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills. Flexible Working options / Travel requirements
It is our goal to reach greater flexibility of resources, which we recognize, may require a greater level of mobility and travel from some of our teams. For this role we anticipate the percentage of travel to be maximum 40%. Pattern of travel will be dependent on the needs of individual initiatives.
