Digital Pathology Sales Manager - APAC

•    Partner with regional and country leaders to drive Funnel Management & sales tactic implementation goals within a matrix leadership environment. 
•    Develop and execute sales plan and devise sales strategies that maximize market penetration 
•    Deploy and own  specific portfolio’s growth room activities in the APAC regions
•    Develop and maintain strong connection and shared accountability with the Regional Sales Managers for growth room and SU Ops execution 
•    Responsible for DP targets for the APAC region and lead the country teams into their activities to ensure performance targets are met
•    Develop and execute initiatives to train best in class sales force, consistently improving capabilities, to build and maintain high level relationships with key customers, gaining access to C suite engagement and selling and working on multi-department sales.

•    Analyze market and business trends, generate insights, identify growth opportunities and collaborate with regional leaders for execution

•    Relevant experience in a biomedical and sales-oriented environment
•    Experience in IT environment in Healthcare with demonstrated understanding of various Medical Imagine distribution protocols and management 
•    Clear track record of success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with experience in working within  a matrix organization
•    Language requirement local + English
•    Healthcare industry: knowledge of technologies, products, processes and selling/purchasing with the hospital environment, competitor and market awareness, especially in Digital Pathology.
