The Guinness Open Gate Brewery London (GOGBL) new Guinness neighbourhood in London that will encourage the best in brewing, food, retail and culture. Consisting of 52,000 square feet of heritage buildings and central courtyard in the historic brewing quarter in Covent Garden, GOGBL will become a key growth driver for Guinness, placing the brand in culture, driving relevancy and brand saliency amongst a new generation of drinkers. GB is the biggest Guinness market globally and Guinness is enjoying a period ooutstandingal growth and cultural magnetism, with the brand growing by around 50% since 2019 to the biggest it has ever been in value, volume and market share in the brand’s 264-year history.

Iconic Guinness Gates as main entrance to the experience, offering huge cultural impact in the heart of London. Restaurants/Taproom/bars – outstanding food and beer produced and served on site. Central all weather historic courtyard with best-in-class bar experience. Retail spaces, one of which will stock items produced through exciting short-term brand collaborations. Custom 5th floor glass box rooftop eating and drinking experience crafting brand-new rooftop view of London. Brewery and beer experience/tasting tours. Cultural events space crafted and fitted out with technology to enable welitemeeting and conference experiencesYou will be responsible for:
Running the backend of the website. Including the development and deployment of tickets/experiences on site, as well as content pages and updates.Being responsible for the execution and reporting of CRM campaigns for GOGBL.Supporting the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager with the execution of paid media.Owning insights and reporting for all online channels, providing regular updates to the team and wider businessWorking closely with the Events & Reservations team. Providing them with insights based on consumer behaviour and booking stats.Key Team members
The role reports into the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager and is part of the Sales & Marketing team at GOGBL. The role holder will need to establish a relationship and work closely with not only the Sales & Marketing team but also key contacts within the wider Diageo business. This includes the Data & Technology (D&T) team, Legal team, Media team and CRM team.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Deep understanding of CRM, with experience of building and sending emailsSolid understanding of Google and Meta ad platformsHands on experience of building emails, working within a CMSThe ability to provide a clear, easy to digest narrative to stakeholders in the business that are not ‘digital natives’Passion for building flawless, multi-channel consumer experiences onlineAbility to pull data and insights and build a clear and compelling narrativeA clear understanding responsible marketing and GDPRExperience working for a brand with a clear tone of voice and identityExperience working with a ticketing system (desired but not essential)Working with Us
