Responsible of the Social Media Marketing Strategy Plan: owned, paid and earned media. Strengthen customer relationships through Paid Social and Earned Media, monitoring both hotel and competitors' presence on social media for performance enhancement.
Maximize revenue from PPC, Google Ads, SEO, Retarget Marketing, Meta Search and other performance marketing activities based on hotel business priorities, seasonality and marketing plan.Assist in management of websites, ensuring that content is accurate, SEO optimized, up to date and in line with brand standards.Assist in planning, managing and executing digital marketing activities to drive demand and bookings to Brand.com.Report and review monthly brand website performance, social media and digital marketing campaigns.Management of local listings like Google My Business and Trip AdvisorMonitor and evaluate website traffic, YOY performance, promotions tracking, etc.
