We have an exciting new position for a Digital Content Strategist.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing digital content strategies to enhance employee engagement and adoption of various tools and technologies. As a key part of our Organizational Change Management team within DES, the Digital Content Strategist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our employees are well-equipped with the necessary information and resources to adapt to new technologies and systems. This will involve working closely with other departments to understand the impact of technological changes on various roles and designing content strategies that help employees transition smoothly.
Essential Functions:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital content strategies to support employee engagement and adoption of new technologies. Create and manage content in various formats, including emails, newsletters, articles, intranet updates, presentations and social media posts for various communications channels. Identify potential content gaps and develop strategies to address them. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven improvements. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy and consistency in messaging. Collaborate with team members to provide guidance on best practices and develop optimized content for OCM campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital content trends and tools to ensure content remains current and engaging. Ensure all content complies with accessibility, brand, and digital standards outlined by Visa.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing digital content strategies.
Strong writing skills and ability to create clear, compelling, and engaging content that effectively communicates key messages and resonates with the target audience.
Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical concepts into terms that are easy to understand for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to create digital content optimized for search engines (SEO).
Experience tracking content metrics and performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of products required (including SharePoint and Viva Engage).
Proficient in creating engaging digital content with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks to complete various projects.
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing content.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
