Key Responsibilities
· Evaluate guests’ nutritional needs through consultations and wellness assessments.
· Identify dietary deficiencies and health concerns related to nutrition.
· Design tailored nutrition programs to support individual wellness goals.
· Recommend dietary modifications, supplements, or interventions aligned with Miraval’s food philosophy.
· Provide practical, culturally sensitive dietary advice to help guests make informed food choices.
· Facilitate workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
· Track progress of long-stay and return guests and adapt nutrition plans accordingly.
· Collaborate with spa, culinary, and fitness teams to ensure holistic care.
· Partner with chefs and wellness specialists to integrate nutrition into all offerings.
· Support culinary programming, menus, and retreats with evidence-based input.
· Contribute to wellness education through guest lectures, cooking demos, and immersive experiences.
· Promote healthy eating habits within the resort and the broader community.

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (Master’s preferred)
2 years of experience in, wellness resort, or hospitality settings
