We are seeking a DevOps Software Engineer to work directly with a leading financial institution to enhance, maintain, and support their centralized DevOps Tool stack, while also providing excellent customer support.

Responsabilties:

Enhance, maintain, and support our DevOps Tool stack. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with integration and troubleshooting. Create documentation and train customers on new features. Participate in automation and development of tools and services. Provide on-call support (approximately one week per month), with compensation.

Requirements:

Professional training in computer science (higher education or a bachelor’s degree is a plus). Experience with tools like Gitlab, Artifactory, jFrog Xray, Sonarqube, Docker, Helm, Openshift, Ansible, Terraform, Azure Cloud, and Unix/Linux. Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Innovative and proactive mindset to implement effective solutions. Good command of written and spoken English.
