As a Development Lead in our Signalling R&D team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative cloud-native solutions for our Cloud Signalling Director and related products. You will analyze requirements, design components based on cloud principles, and lead the implementation of advanced features, all while enhancing our system's architecture. You have:

7+ years of R&D Development experience on Telco grade products.Expertise in Core Java programming with analytical and debugging skills.Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture.Knowledge of 4/5G signaling protocols, including Policy and PCRF.

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience in designing and developing high-performance, multi-threaded systems.Familiarity with open-source PaaS environments like OpenShift.Knowledge of Cloud security, microservices, and virtualization technologies.Conduct requirement analysis and component design based on cloud-native principles, ensuring performance and scalability.Drive technical discussions and architectural decisions, enhancing product functionality and quality.Continuously explore new technologies and best practices within the R&D landscape to drive product innovation.
