Responsibilities

Provide outstanding desktop support to end-users in a timely and efficient mannerMonitor and strictly adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs)Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtimeInstall, configure, and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripheralsCollaborate with global IT teams to establish and implement standard methodologiesDocument all support activities and solutions in our IT service management systemAssist with IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are successfully implemented

Requirements

Proven experience in a desktop support role within an IT environmentStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systemsFamiliarity with networking concepts and troubleshootingOutstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamA degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
