**The Opportunity:**
**CACI** is seeking to hire a customer-oriented **Deputy** **P** **rogram Manager** who will be managing multiple projects supporting Command Control Computers communications and Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR).
**Responsibilities:**
This role requires comprehensive program management skills, with a focus on financial oversight, operational efficiency, and effective project execution within a complex organizational structure.
+ **Key Program Management Responsibilities:** Oversee program or multiple related projects/portfolioPlan, organize, and manage program-level goals and objectivesEnsure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraintsInterface with various levels of program leadershipDevelop and communicate program plans, forecasts, and reviews **Financial Management:** Manage financial aspects of projects and contractsProvide financial support, analysis, and forecastingManage portfolio funding and periods of performanceOversee subcontractor/consultant financial management **Operational Management:** Ensure day-to-day operations align with deadlines and policiesSupport OCO deployments and related administrative tasksServe as backup to Program ManagerCoordinate with ACOR/COR on contract activities **Project Execution:** Manage multiple projects to meet customer expectationsApply change, risk, and resource management techniquesCreate and maintain project schedulesFoster positive work environment and teamwork **Additional Responsibilities:** Maintain action database and ensure follow-upManage program modificationsResolve conflicts and issues during program executionPromote continuous improvement and innovation
**Qualifications:**

Key Qualifications:
+ U.S. Citizen with active Secret Clearance
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical Field
+ 3+ years managing DoD technical projects
+ Experience with electronic systems technologies

+ Knowledge of the sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners.
+ Experience with high visibility projects.
+ Experience with Deltek/Costpoint and Cognos Enterprise Reporting.
+ Knowledge of all Contract types: CPFF, T&M, FFP.
+ Experience working with financial reporting tools.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200
