About the Role
We’re looking for a Demo Engineer who can combine supply chain expertise with storytelling to design memorable demonstrations of our cloud solutions. This role is an exciting opportunity to transform the way businesses operate with Oracle technology, with a focus on Production Scheduling and Sales & Operations Planning. You’ll work on meaningful projects, contribute innovative ideas, and create demos that resonate with audiences. Experience with integration solutions is helpful, though not required.
Required Qualifications
Practical experience in Production Scheduling and Sales & Operations Planning, including implementation. In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Planning applications and processes. High proficiency and confidence in using AI, Generative AI, and AI Agents daily to enhance demos and workflows. Keen attention to detail in technical and user experience aspects. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Skill in planning, prioritizing, and achieving project goals. Ability to research and develop solutions within a virtual team. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. Proven success in a remote work environment.Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain Management role or hands-on experience with Supply Chain Planning systems. Implementation certifications in Supply Chain Planning or related fields. Familiarity with Atlassian (Jira) and Slack for collaboration. Understanding of business process optimization. Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) is a plus.The Ideal Candidate
