The Role

We are seeking an experienced Demo Applications Consultant to join our team and help craft our demo experience with a focus on, but not limited to, Oracle Service Logistics (Depot Repair, Parts Logistics, Service Debrief) and Internal Help Desk. This role requires a unique blend of functional expertise and storytelling ability to create compelling demonstrations that showcase how Oracle's solutions enable and enhance optimal business practices across various industries and processes.  Some technical experience with integration solutions would be useful, but not required.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Service Logistics, Depot Repair, Internal Help Desk, or Case Management solutions. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited information Outstanding communication abilities – your words inspire and inform Proven track record of excellence in a remote work environment B.S. in Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience in fast-paced tech environments Implementation Certification in Service Logistics, Depot Repair, or similar areas Proficiency with collaboration tools like Atlassian (Jira) and Slack Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs would be beneficial Graphics or UX experience Understanding of business process optimization and industry best practices
