Job Summary
This position drives effectively the monthly demand and operational planning processes, inventory optimization, monitors and collaborates with supply chain to ensure business plans are implemented in ANI Taiwan successfully, and ensure the related capabilities are updated
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic demand planning to maximize inventory turns, reduce returns and bad goods and to ensure a high quality forecast within ANI Taiwan, for To-Market Sales (TMS), In-Market-Sales (IMS) and consumer offtake
Work closely with sales and marketing teams, marketing Insights, regulatory, Area planners, and local supply chain teams striving to provide and accurate demand signal
Lead consolidated demand review meeting and challenge the assumptions and numbers provided by an analysis in order to improve forecast accuracy
Co-ordinate product channel/customer allocation process when under supply constrain environment
Lead and co-ordinate NPI phase-in/out plans according to business plan to maximize product availability launch success and minimize return and bad goods
Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to demand planning processes/operations; measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management
Drive and co-ordinate S&OP process and maintain high level process standard
Requirements: Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, a related field, or equivalent preferred
An advanced credential, such as an MBA, MA, or MS in a relevant discipline preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience working in demand planning including recent experience with >USD 100MM fast moving physical goods with complex/large scale portfolio
ERP usage experience / ERP-WMS interfacing experience
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Proven success in improving work processes, leading change and role models positive behaviors as well as change agent skills in a complex and fast paced environment
Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model preferred
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization, including English communication skills
Business level English communication skills required. (TOIEC 750+)
