Change manifests in multiple ways within D&T and can originate from new project delivery, changes to existing systems as well as employee tech changes at site level. All these changes need careful management by the Delivery & Change Analyst to ensure they land effectively, and business teams successfully adopt and generate long lasting value from D&T capabilities. **Dimensions** **Purpose of Role** The Delivery & Change Analyst ensures strong change management plans in place across the D&T agenda for the region. Works with Value Streams and PMs to ensure proper change plans in place, works with wider regional D&T teams to ensure overall D&T plans consider market capacity to absorb change. Includes focus on ongoing adoption and usage of existing systems working together with the value stream team to increase value. Global CM team focuses primarily on project change, Regional CM ensures overall change and adoption of D&T capabilities ongoing. **Market Complexity** D&T delivers products to all Diageo markets and functions. The Delivery & Change Analyst sit across regional D&T forums and work with senior business stakeholders representing D&T across the spectrum of change agenda. This often includes a portfolio of complex geographic/ functional/ process/ system footprint. **Leadership Responsibilities & Capabilities** The Delivery & Change Analyst works closely with both the wider regional team, global D&T teams and especially the Change Management Community to ensure optimal strategic and executional delivery of D&T change and adoption into their region and markets. The role requires a breadth of expertise to ensure proficient partnering on adoption as well as project change success for the market. **Role Responsibilities** + Works with the Regional D&T Leadership Team leveraging elements of the wider teams’ deliverables as well as global D&T to ensure end to end D&T delivers for Markets. + Work with Value Streams to assess change impact at the outset of programs and projects to gauge change resources needs within the region both D&T and business. + Working closely with regional delivery lead and value streams to define and own macro change plans across the region to lead impact for the markets. + Define a robust stakeholder map to identify key sponsors, supporters and advocates + Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with senior representatives from region + Coach stakeholders and sponsors on their role in leading and embedding change beyond project execution. + Develop and support extended regional network of change resources + Govern and support use of Diageo change framework by project change leads and uphold standards of execution in region + Identify potential risks and anticipated blockers to change at a programme level, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns + Conduct assessments to continuously evaluate business readiness based on the latest business environment and market conditions + Along with wider regional D&T capture meaningful metrics to measure the value and impact of the change management activities + Works collaboratively with global value streams, as needed, to ensure successful delivery project change and existing capability adoption in markets. + Finds opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies in ways of working **Qualifications and Experience Required** + This role interfaces with senior stakeholders within the region and market and across D&T and requires significant broad technology change and adoption experience and stakeholder management skills. + A consistent track record of Technology Change Management within large matrixed organizations + Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong business relationships + Excellent pan cultural impact and influencing skills + Has a passion for continuous improvement + Has the foresight to see potential issues, performance challenges and risks, and has the vital skills to influence and negotiate with the right people to maintain performance + Is comfortable (and resilient) working in a fluid, fast-changing environments under pressure with high levels of ambiguity + An understanding of both the current business’s industry and emerging business, consumer and technology trends **Diversity statement:** Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
