Discover SAP Concur Intelligence, watch the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XKRGr5BAIk) . **EXPECTATIONS AND TASK** The Data Services Consultant will: • Manage a portfolio of clients and work with each client to craft a reporting strategy; • Recommend best practice reports for specific client profiles, industries, or use cases; • Gather business requirements, translate those business requirements into a design, write the reports or dashboards; • Work with the clients to distribute the results throughout their companies; • Conduct trainings for clients who wish to learn how to use Cognos or learn more about the data model of the Concur solutions; • Constantly empathize with our customers and call them whenever necessary; • Effectively manage expectations that are set with customers; • Collaborate across teams to provide the best customer experience. **REQUIREMENT** • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in a technical field (completed or in course); • Knowledge in IT related areas, including BI solutions. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
