**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
+ RespondstocustomerinquiriesviatelephoneoremailtoprovideproblemresolutioninaccordancewiththeOrganization'sservicestandards.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Receivesand/orplacestelephonecallswhicharepredominantlyroutine,butmayrequiredeviationfromstandardscreens,scripts,andprocedures.
+ Answercustomertelephoneinquiries,orders, serviceneedsandcomplaints,respondwhereapplicableordirecttosalesrepresentativesortechnical/serviceareas.
+ Maintaindetailedandcurrentknowledgeofthecompany'sproductsandservices.
+ Analyzecustomerserviceneedsforcommunicationtoserviceandtechnicaldepartments.
+ Requiresabilitytonavigateacomputerizeddataentrysystemorotherrelevantapplications.
