This role reports to the Director of Data and Reporting. **Responsibilities:** **Contribute to Data Related Efforts:** + Work efficiently and effectively to deliver high-value data analysis and datasets in priority order. **Data Analysis and Dataset Delivery:** + Engage with stakeholders to understand data analysis requirements and business value. + Conduct data analysis to meet requirements. + Build/scale datasets to support the reporting team with their reports and dashboards. + Maintain datasets as needed. **Analyze Data & Datasets:** + Investigate existing datasets, making recommendations on where there are opportunities and deficiencies. + Research best practices and industry standards to explain ‘art of the possible,’ ensuring we solution and scale correctly. **Maintaining Standards:** + Ensure a consistent high standard for dataset creation and data analysis conducted by the Data & Reporting COE. **Skills Needed:** **Experience:** + The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in handling data, including data analysis and dataset creation. **Behavior:** + The candidate must exhibit a curiosity for data, coupled with the ability to solve intricate problems. Their engagement with business stakeholders and the technology teams ensures a high value in delivered work. The candidate must be able to present clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership. **Tools:** + Knowledge of the following is preferred: Big Query, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, MS Power Query, and Oracle BI. **Education Industry:** + Understanding the unique challenges and dynamics of the education industry is advantageous.
