Data Analyst (w/m/d)

Job Description:

Come and join our maintenance team as a Data Analyst. You will be working with complex data systems and driving actionable insights for our German chocolate production site. You will be presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) to technicians and leadership teams regularly during FMOS (Facility Management Operational Strategy) and periodic reviews resulting in actionable insights to optimize performance.

 

What are we looking for?

IT background with experience in SAP modulesBachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

 

What will be your key responsibilities?

Data Collection & Performance Monitoring:
As the Maintenance Data Analyst, you will collect and manage all maintenance data, translating this into KPIs that the team needs to monitor and improve overall factory performance. You will play a key role in providing leading indicators of performance that will help enhance the maintenance department's efficiency.Expense Management & Reporting:
Ensure all maintenance expenses are correctly categorized and reported on a weekly and periodic basis. Work with the finance team to develop efficient reporting systems and processes, identify value leadership opportunities, and provide recommendations for budget optimization.KPIs & Data Analysis:
Collect and update safety, quality, and performance KPIs for maintenance on a weekly, daily, and periodic basis. Design and implement automated data collection systems and use the insights to recommend actions to improve performance. Additionally, suggest new KPIs to better track maintenance progress.CMMS Key User & Site Support:
Act as the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) key user for the site. Participate in regional community activities, complete testing, and implement new updates for the site. Provide recommendations to the region on improvements based on site needs.Training & Support:
Train all maintenance technicians on correctly using CMMS, ensuring that all work and purchase orders are accurately recorded. Collaborate with operations teams to train operators on the correct use of SAP.
