About this opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support Manufacturing business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and enable data-driven strategies. You play a key part in role modeling and encouraging the team to demonstrate the Ericsson Core Values (Professionalism, Perseverance, Respect, and Integrity). What you will do:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver insights.Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support decision-making.Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting tools.Provide recommendations for business improvements based on data insights.Work with IT and engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and accessibility.The skills you bring: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Experience in Agile or sAFE development methodologies, and project or product management.UI/UX design skills and an open-minded, forward-thinking approach to innovation and change.Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and knowledge of Azure cloud platform and Snowflake.Familiarity with Manufacturing Value Streams and the Telecom field, including Ericsson Radio Systems, tools, and processes.Ability to adapt to change and a strong eagerness to learn and achieve expertise in new areas.
