WE ARE SEEKING A NEW COLLEAGUE AS DATA ANALYST CR&SR IN FOOD SOLUTION DIVISION.
Main purpose of this role is to manage data ecosystem in Czech Republic/Slovakia and drive the change of how we use data in the organization. You will have an independent role and possibility to build and execute country data strategy that is a critical enabler for Marketing & Sales strategy.

You will launch tools and run analysis to ensure continuous focus on execution of the business KPIs; adapt sales systems and operations to support execution of business strategy; implement up-to-date BI solutions across region North and Eastern Europe.

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Manage the change of data & reporting strategy in Czech Republic and SlovakiaLead agenda of data, analytics and sales systems in Czech Republic & Slovakia (also supporting other countries in the cluster)Co-create, update and maintain PowerBI dashboards for Marketing & Sales teams in areas of: Performance, Innovations, Activations, Sales KPIs, Sales Bonus SchemesProvide expertise in implementing new reporting solutions in NEE, be pioneer in implementing state-of-art Business Intelligence solutionsUtilize basic SQL & programming skills to deliver actionable insight based on data. Run data modelling processes.Implement new tools and reports to deliver business efficiencyDeliver actionable insights for promo preparation and evaluationSupport settlement of loyalty programmes and creating promo listsMaintain, upgrade and protect data correctness as business fundamentalsSupervise external sales data project in delegated countriesBack up admin for sales automation systemsDaily cooperation with providers of business solutions (incl. negotiations)

Bachelor's or master's degree in economics/econometrics/statistics and at least 3 years in a similar roleAdvanced skills in data analysis (Excel, SQL, DAX measures would be a benefit)Experience in dashboards creation on BI platforms (PBI, Tableau, etc.)Programming skills (Python, R, VBA) – big data savvyHigh presentation skills and easiness in explaining ideasPassionate for winning & results driven
