The Data & AI Technology Strategist is responsible for overseeing the roadmap of current and future technologies for clients, vendors, and internal development teams, to help the Go-To-Market (GTM) to improve and increase business. This role combines technical leadership with operational management skills and a strong background in software development, including programming, software architecture design, and cloud-based platform architecture. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise all the current technologies and define relevant policies, make technology-related decisions, taking into consideration the specific business objectives. + Create and implement solutions to optimize the data systems and technology in use using the roadmap skills of current data tools and industry changes to analyse big data. + Evaluate processes and technologies to make meaningful outcome of data, be responsible for designing, implementing, and locally maintaining secure and stable AI strategy using the leading AI technology frameworks in line with the NTT DATA group AI strategy - and finally aligning AI use cases with business strategies, key performance indicators and other metrics. + Be a strategic lead for the software development team, review the development guidelines and the practical skills, suggest the optimization for the coding process. + Introduce AI-powered frameworks in the development process and AI in code assistance and auto completion, automated bug detection and bug fixing, code optimization, testing and QA, Software Design and Architecture, in the DevOps process to enhance development productivity, for example, using OpenAI ( https://openai.com/index/gpt-4-1/ ). + Follow the trending tools, technologies, and principles to consider while developing the prototypes and MVPs. + Support the DATA&AI GTM lead and work closely together with them to be able to act as their backup. + Support the GTM and the software development team to find experienced talents who are the masters of their field. + Be responsible for the selection of the appropriate mobile, web and AI stack, identify the best technologies that have a strong influence on the projects` stability, scalability, and maintainability. + Recognize when poor architecture is slowing the team down and step in to settle the technical debt as required, have overall responsibility over application design strategy. + Represent the company in different conferences and events and build/strengthens business relationships with partners. **Required Experience:** + Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. + Strong technical leadership and operational management skills. + Strong background in software development, programming, software architecture design, and cloud-based platform architecture: Proficient in languages such as Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and frameworks like Django, Flask, and AngularJS. Experienced in designing microservices architecture and deploying applications on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. + Expertise in data systems optimization and AI strategy implementation: Skilled in using Apache Hadoop and Apache Spark for big data processing and implementing AI strategies with, for example, TensorFlow and PyTorch. + Ability to analyze big data and derive meaningful outcomes: Experienced with data analysis tools like Pandas and NumPy, and visualization tools, for example, Matplotlib and Tableau. + Beyond the technical skills the organizational and further project management, and similar non-technical skills. + Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments: Experienced with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes to streamline development and deployment processes. + Strategic thinking, excellent communication and mentoring skills. + A strong network on the local market will matter and is beneficiary for this role. **Workplace type** **:** On-site Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
