Project Manager, SOC ServicesSummary of the Role
Candidates with a solid project management background and an interest in Cyber Security are encouraged to apply. As part of the SOC Services team, you will have the responsibility to develop and deliver cybersecurity services, mainly SOC, to internal and external customers.
In this role, you will have a chance to :
Lead, manage, and oversee cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.
Collect customer requirements, identify gaps, and build appropriate solutions with security expert teams.
Ensure successful delivery of security services to external customers.
In collaboration with the TEC Service team, contribute to developing the Security service portfolio to meet customer needs and deliver it efficiently.
Collaborate with all Amadeus Business Units (BUs), including BISOs (Business Information Security Officers) and TISOs (Technical Information Security Officers).
Work with newly acquired companies to integrate them into our Global SOC monitoring.
Build and maintain partnerships with leading security solution providers to deliver services.
Develop expertise in various cybersecurity domains such as digital protection, SOC, functional fraud, threat intelligence, and more.
Continually develop cybersecurity knowledge through security certifications.
About the Ideal Candidate:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other relevant certifications.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
The candidate has managed transversal technical projects and customer projects.
The candidate has experience working on security projects and understands the internal security organization.
Familiar with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Proficiency in English.
