**Description:** Cutthroat’s Saloon is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and professional Greeter to create a memorable first and last impression for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will welcome patrons with a genuine smile, manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate seating to ensure smooth front-of-house operations. Your hospitality sets the tone for the entire dining experience. **Responsibilities** + Greet guests promptly, warmly, and professionally as they enter the restaurant. + Manage reservations using the designated system and accommodate walk-in guests when possible. + Monitor dining room flow and communicate with servers and management regarding table availability. + Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, highlighting any specials or key menu features. + Answer guest inquiries regarding wait times, menu items, or restaurant services. + Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable host stand and entryway at all times. + Thank departing guests and invite them to return, providing a positive lasting impression. + Support the restaurant team during peak service by assisting with resetting tables and coordinating to-go orders as needed. + Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards. **Qualifications:** + Prior experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role preferred. + Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong organizational abilities and multitasking under pressure. + Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor. + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. + Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) a plus. **Work Schedule** This position may require availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, including peak service times. **Equal Opportunity Employment** We are an equal opportunity employer.
