Customer Solutions Architect

You will play a key role in SDM (Subscriber Data Management) solution integration and migration, ensuring seamless and high-quality delivery tailored to customer needs. Your ability to understand customers' business and technical requirements will be critical in translating them into effective, innovative solutions within Cloud-Native Function (CNF) and Virtualized Network Function (VNF) environments.

As a Customer Solution Architect, you will design and execute complex integration, operational, and performance solutions, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams. You will also have the opportunity to share your professional knowledge, guiding and mentoring others, and helping to foster a culture of partnership, learning, and continuous improvement.

You have:

Bachelor's or equivalent degree with overall 9+ years of experience in telecom solution designing, 5+ years in SDM Solution Integration & Migration.Hands-on experience in Solution design & Implementation of Core Network ElementsPractical experience in Cloud + Virtualization and VNF Deployments, Good experience in Unix/Linux commandsBasic scripting language expertise (Shell script, PERL, Python, Ansible) would be an advantage.

It would be nice if you also had:

 Knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE /5G Networks and Call flows & CNF/VNF environment.Provide senior-level solution consulting services with expertise in SDM (Subscriber Data Management) products and Core Network Nodes, serving as a key source of technical knowledge and assistance for colleagues.Design and drive the identification, specification, and validation of complex solutions within demanding customer environments.Assist the Nokia Sales Team during sales phases by contributing technical expertise on Core Network Solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs.Develop detailed customer solution designs and architectures, evaluate technical risks, and own the technical aspects of bid preparation, including solution design, effort estimates, scope of work, bill of materials, and be involved in contract negotiations to protect solution integrity and value.Drive the technical implementation during the delivery phase, ensuring that the solution is executed according to the agreed design and requirements.Present and adapt solution designs and architectures to customers during the realization phase, while partnering closely with the SI Engagement Architect, regional teams, Product Managers, Project Managers, and third-party partners to align customer requirements with available Nokia and third-party solutions.
