Customer Solutions Architect

The Customer Solutions Architect acts as a trusted advisor partnering with the customers on their needs. Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions. Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions incl. customer-specific adaptations by using the Nokia portfolio of products, systems and / or services as well as 3rd party products where required. Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to create and maintain a solution's (technical) integrity over time.

Customer Solution Architect will be the technical leader and guide towards various internal domain, as well as be the SPCO and Technical Lead front all the technical queries from customer for specific project.

You have:

At least 12 years of experience as Architect and Engineer in TelecommunicationDeep understanding of 4G, 5G Packet Core and Voice network architecture and design including solid understanding of 3gpp specifications, Call flows, Use cases and integrationsPractical hands-on experience designing and deploying 4G and 5G networks, atleast two 4G networks and one 5G network with end-2-end architecture, lead architect responsibilitySolid understanding of IP protocols including BGP/eBGP, BFD, eVPN, VXLAN used in DC designArchitectural know how on HW/SW based tech such as SR IOV, DPDK and accelerators End to end in-depth and practical knowledge on following:4G and 5G Packet CoreSignaling and SBA ArchitectureIMS and VoLTE/ VoNR ArchitectureCharging and Policy Management call flows and integrationsRoaming and operator interworkingSecurity aspects including Defence-in-depth

 

I would be nice if you also had:

Understanding of CNF onboarding, dependencies on Cloud infra Security and auxiliary services (VPN, FW, DHCP, DNS etc) in Kubernets and RHOS cloudsBuild trusted professional relationship with Customer Network Head & Engg team, PlanningRuns project meetings with technical depth and executes planned workshopsLead all technical discussions with Customer teams – soln. presentation, req. analysis, RCA, etc.Technical leader with E2E responsibility cutting across all domains, Lead R&D discussions Develops architecture & HLD for 4G/5G services, based primarily on K8s & RHOS platformsPerforms technical risk evaluation and plans to mitigate risks of proposed design/solutionEvaluates new technologies and sets a direction for customer solution evolution and roadmapPlan & Review migration strategy for solution refresh, for traffic migrations or for sub migrations
