Customer Solutions Architect

Nokia of America Corporation, Customer Solutions Architect (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 8 years of related work experience, of which 5 years are post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

 

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: 

Orchestration and service fulfillment, including project implementation, customer operation and solution deployment;  Virtualization stack, including Kubernetes and hypervisor.

 

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: 

Requirement gathering and solution design in HLD and LLD documentation;  Application and Storage containerization;  Monitoring tools including, Grafana, BELK/Kibana, and Prometheus.

Perform customer requirement gathering and solution design (High and Low Level) for projects that require the implementation of Nokia Products from Service Assurance and Orchestration domain.  Support Cloud and Infra dimensioning, and perform deployment verification and validation.  Respond to questions, concerns and open points from a customer solution view, and provide clarification and troubleshooting.  Identify new requirements from customers, through project implementation or ad-hoc customer interactions.  Support the implementation of Nokia Assurance and Orchestration solutions (NAC, UIV, NORC) by improving customer business solutions, and guiding project team on Software Best Practices and delivery methodologies.  Create Epics, review user stories, define and review acceptance criteria.  Support project managers in reviewing project schedule, issues, risks, and action plans.  #LI-DNI

Domestic travel up to 25% required. 

International travel up to 10% required. 

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%.
