Job Title: Customer Solution Adoption Specialist
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Work Model: Hybrid Work Model.
Purpose and Objective:
SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Customer Solution Adoption Specialist at our Palo Alto, CA location to engage with prominent cloud customers and partners in the market space and provide support to the delivery ecosystem of SAP and our partners with technical and implementation expertise, knowledge enablement, implementation coaching, guidance, and feedback.
Expectations and Tasks:
Accompany cloud customers and partners with their implementation projects from launch until go-live to contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP cloud products and services. Proactively anticipate the needs and requirements of customers and partners and recommend improvements to our internal stakeholders regarding the product for future releases. Explore new and upcoming SAP cloud solutions and scenarios, anticipating any need for engagement and support in upcoming implementation projects.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Must have prior work experience, completion of academic coursework or an internship involving each of the following:
SAP Business Technology Platform Services;
Enterprise Architectures;
SAP Standard SCRUM/Agile Project Management;
SAP S/4HANA mega processes Hire to Retire, Market to Order, Procure to Pay, and Acquire to Retire;
Mural and Figma; and
Design thinking and design doing for user experience design, business model innovation, and applying human center approach to explore, discover, design and prototype solutions with customers.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $136,074 - $157,950. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $136,074 - $175,500. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
