Location: Salford Quays, Manchester 

Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday, shifts between 8am–5pm

About the Role

In this exciting role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across the globe, handling queries via phone, email, and live chat. You’ll guide them through everything from registration and certification to resolving complex issues related to Pearson qualifications.

You’ll work alongside a close-knit and supportive team in Manchester, as well as collaborate with colleagues in our international hubs in Singapore and India—helping ensure a smooth experience for learners at every stage.

Location & Hybrid Flexibility

Based in vibrant Salford Quays, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid working model. Once fully trained, you'll split your time between working from home and our modern Manchester office, allowing you to maintain a great work-life balance.

Flexibility in Schedule

Standard shifts rotate weekly between 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday Occasional Sunday work with the preceding Friday off to maintain balance Flexibility to work UK Bank Holidays when required (with time off in lieu)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for customer-focused individuals with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. You should be able to manage your own workload, adapt to fast-paced changes, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Whether you come from a call centre, hospitality, retail or education background—if you love problem-solving and creating great customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

In addition: 

Experience in customer service (any industry) Comfort handling sensitive or complex queries Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & online communication tools Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Multilingual abilities to support our global customers - Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic are of particular interest
