Join our dynamic team in Kazakhstan as a Customer Service Specialist and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while helping drive business growth. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction, teamwork, and innovative solutions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
✅ Prepare tender documentation in collaboration with sales teams
✅ Handle Purchase Orders (POs) based on account forecasts
✅ Address and resolve non-conformance issues
✅ Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies
✅ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience with electronic invoicing and order management
✔️ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
✔️ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔️ Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (other regional languages are a plus)
✔️ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP
