Possess flexibility within a team environment or individually with minimal supervision in a fast paced culture. + Professional etiquette dealing both in face-to-face communication as well as via telephone and email. + Support launch of customer delivery creation at warehouse. + Communication with both internal and external customers. + Heavy telephone and email communication to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and update when deviations occur. + Daily customer order pick creation. + Entry level material planning. + Transportation scheduling for both daily and expedite services utilizing customer websites and freight forwarding websites. + Office duties: filing, faxing, scanning. + Maintain and abide by records retention procedures per Central Directives. + Knowledge of what an escalation processes is and reasons. + Ability to problem solve utilizing the 5 Why’s or 8D formats. + A team player that can effectively back up others as needed. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** Basic Qualifications: + 3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment required + Excellent computer skills and working familiarity with multiple software packages, preferably MS Office and SAP ERP software packages + Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner + Must have a sense of team response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction + Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision Preferred Skills: + Bilingual: English / Spanish + Associates Degree in Business or related discipline preferred **Additional Information** **Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.** **Salary Range:** The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is **$40,000 - $43,000** .
